Employee compensation and benefits

OMAM’s employees are compensated by a combination of base salary, bonus incentives and other benefits. Our salaries are industry-competitive and take several market measures into account. Bonuses are based on each individual’s performance against agreed annual objectives, and on the company’s performance. The objectives include behavioural elements that support OMAM’s principles and values such as treating customers fairly.

Induction

We provide several induction processes to ensure that new staff are integrated as soon as possible. This includes a basic understanding of our industry for those who are not familiar with it, introductory sessions with key executives and an overview of our company history.

We have an alignment process to ensure that all staff are aware of how their roles impact the business goals of the organisation. This allows us to provide appropriate technical and managerial development to allow people to deliver in their roles, and to prepare them for a broader career in the organisation.
