Selection process

Initial screening

Your application will be submitted directly to our recruitment team who will assess your experience to see how well it matches the job description. The more information you provide to demonstrate a good match the better We aim to get back to you within two weeks of receiving your application

Testing

For some roles we may require you to complete psychometric or skills based tests These may be taken online or in person as required, usually within two weeks of our response to your application

Interview

The more senior the role you are applying for, the more interviews you can expect to attend. Our interviews are conducted by a recruitment specialist or department manager, depending on the role As soon as practically possible

Final assessment

The final stage will be a more in depth discussion of your experience. You may be asked to give a presentation As soon as practically possible
