We recognise the importance of achieving a balance between your work life and home life. We do not encourage a long-hours culture, which we believe is detrimental to the wellbeing of staff.

Family support

We have a range of benefits that include leave for maternity, paternity or adoption; flexible working, family support initiatives and time off to care for a dependant. Our maternity package includes enhanced payments plus time off for antenatal classes, and midwife and health visits. We also offer childcare vouchers and flexible working opportunities.

Social committee

The company social committee arranges a variety of events for staff, including a monthly prize draw, events at lunchtime and after work such as local guided tours, summer barbecues, wine tastings etc.

Corporate social responsibility

Our corporate charitable giving committee supports our people’s charitable concerns. Every year we set aside funds to contribute to the charitable fundraising efforts from staff out of working hours.

We offer Give As You Earn, the most tax-effective way to donate to charities. Donations are taken from salary before income tax, so the tax equivalent goes to charity, rather than the tax man.
